After we started the construction industry with steel construction projects in 1976, we went down to the field within a year or two and started to spend effort on the structures we built.
When we think of construction, what comes to our minds is to make structures that are durable for years, as well as to make useful projects that are built with pleasure in order to live in peace and happiness.
Although we are proud in the buildings we leave behind, what we care more about is raising hard workers and getting our customers to talk about us with love.
Until today, we have completed 417 villas only in Çeşme district, and we have taken responsibility for a total of 90,000 square meters and delivered them successfully.
We have cut down only 5 trees (3 black cypresses, 2 crazy olives) with permission and planted more than 8,000 plants and trees.
Our past not only gives us a justified pride, but also sheds light on the future and causes us to smile.
Our Founder, Civil Engineer Mr. Mehmet Akif Yılmaz
While studying at Ege University he made his specialization on steel structures with his teacher Prof. Boris Hristov. After graduation he went down to the land and started to work as a construction site manager with Boris Hristov.
In the first years of his profession as construction supervisor; he took charge in projects below:
- Narita cold storages in Pınarbaşı (1973)
- Coating factory for Mazhar Zorlu in Kemalpaşa (1974),
- Aldoks Aluminum factory in Gebze for Kemal Karhan, Feyzullah Yılmaz, Turhan Acatay (1975-76)
- Project solutions and site supervisors of the Berliet Truck factory (1977) constructions in Torbalı for Kemal Karhan, Turhan Acatay,
- No. 2 Highway Asphalt construction site Elbistan thermal power plant road
- Gaziemir air technical schools control office, aircraft hangar, alarm settlement facilities, 6 blocks including guesthouse
Our founder, who has been in the construction industry since 1976, continues his experience in years without compromising honesty and manages our expanding company with the excitement of the first day.
Mehmet Fatih Yılmaz
After graduating from Atatürk High School in 2002, our company manager, who started working at construction sites with his undergraduate education from 9 Eylül University, continues working to provide the best service to our customers by following the developments both in Turkey and abroad. After his university graduation, he spends all his time and energy to produce better works.
Süleyman Erdinç
Süleyman Bey, who was a master in the construction of the Moon Venus Dünya Güneş apartments on İnönü Street, built by the Korzaylar collective company in 1968, he worked at:
- Orhan Mentes in the construction of the Buca hippodrome,
- To Nedim Demirağ, at the Hürriyet business center in Alsancak,
- Restoration works of Simavi family on the pig island of Göcek,
- as a journeyman in the restoration work of Kizlaragasi Inn.
Süleyman Bey, who has trained hundreds of masters, still trains masters with his unending patience and continues his work with determination.
